Order and Delivery:
After completing the order process, the products will be shipped within 3-5 working days in order of the order received. Shipping days are from Wednesday to Sunday. The store is closed on Monday and Tuesday, and no shipments are made on those days.
Weekend and National Holidays Orders and Deliveries:
Domestic shipments take 3 to 5 working days, while international shipments typically take 6 to 10 working days for delivery. The delivery time is counted from the date the order is dispatched, and we are not responsible for customs clearance delays or payment delays. If a national holiday occurs, shipments will be postponed to the next working day and processed in order. We appreciate your understanding. Delivery times for remote areas in Taiwan and offshore islands may vary depending on the delivery conditions.
