Inspired by 1930s French farmer jackets, this piece refines a vintage silhouette for contemporary wear.
Constructed from premium fabric sourced from a Japanese mill, it undergoes a traditional sumi ink dyeing process to yield an intensely dark grey hue.
Subtle tonal contrasts on the chest are beautifully accented by an eclectic mix of irregular buttons—including botanical hand-dyed coconut buttons, custom-developed metal hardware, and fabric buttons crafted from deadstock textiles.
Together, these details elevate the garment's structural depth and layered aesthetic.
